原标题：陕西省住建厅印发二季度城市生活垃圾分类工作评估：西安、咸阳、宝鸡全省前三为加快实施《陕西省城市生活垃圾分类规划(2019-2025年)》，近日，省住建厅印发了全省2022年第二季度城市生活垃圾分类工作评估通报，排名前三位为西安、咸阳、宝鸡市，排名后三位为渭南、汉中、韩城市。具体评估排名从高到低依次为：西安、咸阳、宝鸡、商洛、榆林、杨凌、铜川、延安、安康、韩城、汉中、渭南。根据住建部通报的陕西省2022年第一季度生活垃圾分类工作评估情况，宝鸡市位列第二档，较上季度提升一个档次;西安市在全国10个超特大城市中位列第7名、第二档，名次较上季度上升3名。通报指出，各市(区)生活垃圾分类工作还存在推进机制不完善、减量成效不明显、设施建设有短板、社会参与不充分等问题，并提出下一步工作要求：一是推动各项任务落实。细化工作方案，从多方面明确具体任务与各部门职责，建立部门沟通协调机制，因地制宜制定并实施生活垃圾分类投放、收集、运输、处理的管理和技术标准，完善对分类立法、收费机制、财政保障等方面政策支持。二是高标准打造示范标杆。选定示范模式，突出建设重点，严格按照示范区实施方案确定的工作内容、目标要求、特色项目推进示范建设，加强绩效管理，推动好的工作经验和项目建设相融合，形成具有地域特色的、可复制可推广示范模式，发挥示范区带动作用。
